Kristina Noorani appointed as nChain’s Chief People Officer to oversee organisational development including diversity and inclusion initiatives

ZUG, SWITZERLAND – 25 August  2022 – nChain AG (“nChain”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristina Noorani as Chief People Officer at a critical time in the company’s growth. Kristina will lead nChain’s global people and culture strategies, ensuring we are a leading blockchain employer that attracts the highest-calibre talent. 

Hakan Yuksel, nChain’s CEO, commented: “This is an important step as we expand our commercial offerings and maintain our leading-edge research position.  The addition of Kristina will direct our growth and ensure we continue to have a lean, focused operating model and a positive workplace. Her extensive HR experience in both finance and technology is exactly what we need for the next phase of our development as we look to expand to more markets, products and service offerings.” 

Kristina has worked at HSBC, Hilti and Swiss Re, in a career spanning over 20 years as an HR business partner and advisor.  Most recently she was the Senior Global HR Partner at a large software group based in Switzerland. Kristina has overseen the overall employee life cycle from talent attraction to offboarding and driven coaching and leadership development initiatives. 

She is experienced in setting up business-focused global HR processes and initiatives, and has played an active role in leading cultural and structural transformations. She is a passionate advocate of inclusive workplace culture, supportive & value-oriented leadership, strength-focused talent development and transparent communication. Kristina holds a Master’s in HR Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
