We are looking for a Technology Consultant who will help drive the growth of nChain Technology’s business and grow the client pool. She/he will work close with senior management, project team, technology experts to develop a customized solution for the clients. The Technology Consultant will not only participate in client portfolio expansion but also work closely with Product Owners to correlate market demands with the product team roadmap as well as educating clients and prospects to the benefit/added value of Web3 solutions (i.e. Blockchain).
RESPONSIBILITIES
We expect you to
- Digital Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, providing expert guidance on digital transformation strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for clients.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate clients’ existing digital infrastructure and processes, recommending appropriate technologies and solutions for enhancement.
- Technical recommendations: Possess a vast understanding of technical concepts to provide clear and tailored advice to clients on how nChain solutions can integrate in their existing systems and improve their tech stack.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to extract actionable insights, providing clients with meaningful recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Project Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, innovations, and best practices, and share your expertise through thought leadership initiatives.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for
Experience & requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Web 3, Digital Technologies, etc.).
- Between 3 and 5 years of proven experience as a Technology Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and their applications in diverse industries.
- Wide understanding of technical concepts, including but not restricted to: Waterfall and Agile methodology, base understanding of programming languages (ex: C++, Java, C#, Python), APIs, cloud vs on-premise deployment, analytics tools (ex: PowerBI, Alteryx),etc.
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, its use-cases and benefits.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand clients’ challenges and craft tailor-made digital solutions to address their specific needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, able to articulate complex Web3 concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior consultants and cross-functional teams.
